How to File a Complaint

If your employer is not depositing your SSF contributions:
  1. Log in to sosys.ssf.gov.np and check your contribution history
  2. If months are missing, document the discrepancy (screenshot your payslips showing SSF deductions)
  3. Email info@ssf.gov.np with your SSFID, employer name, and missing months
  4. Or visit SSF head office in person: Naxal, Bhagwati Marg, Kathmandu
  5. Also file a complaint with your district Labour Office under Labour Act 2074

Deducting but not depositing is a criminal offence (Section 71, Social Security Act 2074) — up to 3 years imprisonment. [Source: Social Security Act 2074, Section 71]
